Awful, i ordered 2 sets of shelves and they turned up with no assembly instructions!
I ordered shelves on Amazon and was advised that they would arrive five days later. I cleared my (ahem) busy diary in accordance, only for the order to arrive the very next day... a testament to the supplier's efficiency. I was out, unfortunately, having failed to anticipate such a speedy delivery. I needed to arrange another delivery date.Tracking my order, subsequently, became a nightmare. Amazon and UK Mail are inpenetrable.But, eventually, I phoned Tufferman and got to speak to a real person, although I don't feel that they were actually responsible.Luke, for that was his name, was really helpful. Within 20 minutes, he'd contacted the delivery company and arranged an express delivery for the next day at Tufferman's expense. Now, you can't ask for better service than that. Thank you.
