DO NOT USE FOR CAR REPAIRS!!- They made a mistake repairing my car (confirmed by another mechanic) which meant it broke down a second time- They agreed to fix the mistake but then took two days to actually look at my car and order a part, meaning my car was kept for seven days until it was fixed whilst I was left with no transport- understand there were staffing issues but I was never informed until later- The communication has always been very poor- very few updates about my car and receptionists who claimed to not have a clue about anything when I phoned- had to call on multiple occasions to try and get information, messages I left were ignored- No paperwork given about the work they carried out and they agreed to pay me back some of the 89 I spent on taxi money to travel to work- I still have not received the money promised- Was never told my car was ready and then when I did go to collect it I informed the mechanic I needed to be quick as I was working and spent 15 minutes waiting whilst I could hear members of staff chatting to each otherBy far the worst customer service I have ever experienced, please stay away

Buying a car is never easy and in my mind, its as much about the car itself as the people selling it and how comfortable you are with both aspect.
